Summer in Marrakech can be extremely hot and dry, but it doesn't stop us from visiting! Last week when we were there, we didn't feel like eating at all when the sun was out, it was just too hot. Thankfully, there's huge difference in the temperature between
day and night. Each morning before the sun rises, we would start our day with a very nice breakfast at our riad's rooftop. We were served with some traditional bread from Morocco with a selection of jams, the jams were my favorite! Unlike any other places, Moroccan's jams were made with their seasonal fruits, such as pomegranate and figs! However, the jams were so good and super sweet, it attracted so many bees...

Beautiful rooftop cafe are one of the favorite things I like about Marrakech. It allows you to enjoy a nice meal while you watch the sunset. Cafe Atay and Cafe Des Epices were my two favorite cafes! They are both located in the heart of Souks, where you can stroll around the markets and enjoy a nice authentic Moroccan cuisine with a view afterwards!
