July is probably one of the most celebrated month of the year in my family, Since everyone in my family, including my dog, were all born in July (Except me). While my sister was off to Japan, I decided to bring my mother to Morocco, somewhere I've alway wanted to return ever since my last trip in November!

Where to stay in Marrakesh?
I'll say It is always a good idea to spend a night or two in a riad. A riad is a traditional Moroccan house or palace with an interior garden, fountain or courtyard, While we were in Morocco, we decided to stay in Riad Melhoun & Spa for two nights and this sweet little riad, had stole my heart by replacing the fountain/garden with a gorgeous mosaic pool(oh, I was in love!). Under this extreme heat, I couldn't wait to dive right into the pool!

Upon arrival, our friendly host made us feel super welcomed,  gave us a tour around this beautiful riad and we were welcomed with Morocco's famous tea: Mint tea and dessert. For those who haven't tried it before, it's green tea mixed with mint leaf and a bit of sugar. I was never a fan of mint, but i surely enjoyed this glass of tea! It was delicious! Thank you for being the perfect hosts!
